The “Grouper” Model GS is a unique keypad-selectable stacking machinery
unit that will count and create a vertical stack of product. The stacks, which are created
and discharged from the machine onto a continuous running pack-off conveyor, can then be
manually packed into boxes or trays, or fed down stream to automated packing equipment.
With the FORPAK paper feed option, paper can be interleaved between individual pieces of
product, eliminating the need to layer pack or manual interleaving. This makes the
Forpak Grouper ideal for patty stacking, and stacking other meat or bakery products.
