CMG Machining Division provides our customers diverse machining and electromechanical assembly services, including medical instruments and image guided surgical devices, prototype production, including complete turnkey products. Through the use of Concurrent Engineering efforts, your project will be processed to meet your goals of quality, price and delivery. Our staff will work closely with your engineers to develop the most cost-effective method of manufacturing, from design to prototype to production.

Technology

Utilizing CAD/CAM technology, prints or solid models can be downloaded from computer directly to our shop floor. By developing machining process that include state-of-the-art CNC milling, CNC turning, with live tooling, we can provide you with a turn-key manufacturing solution that enables us to provide any machining and/or assembly requirements, utilizing all of MultiSource operating divisions, which enables CMG to meet your delivery requirements.

Markets

From the beginning, CMG Machining has been producing complex parts for the medical and commercial industries from all types of materials—including titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, plastics, (i.e., Ultem, Delrin, Pomalux, ABS, UHMW and many others), plus other exotic metals. And, by designing and manufacturing our own tooling in-house, we’ve become experts at correctly processing piece parts.

Facility

CMG Machining has 16,000 square feet of production and administrative office space available, and currently uses approximately 10,000 square feet to serve your production requirements. Our new state of the art facility was built to accommodate future growth for our expanding customer base.
